Welcome to the FleetPride 2022 Kickoff Meeting Exhibitor Information Center
Each year FleetPride holds a Kickoff Meeting for our Branch Managers and field leadership team to hear about our plans for the coming year, meet our vendors and suppliers, and receive training on products. By taking part in FleetPride’s biggest annual event, you will get to present your company’s strategic message, objective, and product training to an audience totally focused on learning about your products and services.
At our Supplier Expo on February 25-26, 2022, FleetPride team members will get hands-on experience with your products, and they’ll get the chance to talk to you and provide feedback on your products from the front lines of our business.

COVID-19 Information
By registering to attend the Kickoff Meeting, you agree to follow all COVID-19 protocols that will be in place for this meeting. This includes:
- Proof of a negative test 72 hours before traveling or participating in the event, regardless of vaccination/booster status. A lab test will be required – rapid antigen tests will not be accepted.
- Not traveling to or participating in the event if you are showing COVID-19 symptoms, including: sore throat, congestion, cough, shortness of breath, headache, sinus pressure, body aches, fatigue, nausea, diarrhea, or loss of taste/smell.
- Face coverings required in portions of the meeting, and where required by the event venue.
- Social distancing maintained in portions of the meeting.
- Proof of a negative test 72 hours after returning from the event. Again, a lab test will be required.

A limited block of discounted rooms at the Gaylord Texan is available during registration for Friday and Saturday night, February 25-26, 2022. A very limited number of rooms are also available Thursday night, February 24. Please make your reservation through the registration process.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Air Travel
Arrival Time
You will need to arrange ground transportation from your airport to the Gaylord Texan. All booths must be complete and show ready by 2:00 p.m. Central time on Friday afternoon.
Departure Time
The Supplier Expo ends at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, February 26. Due to space constraints, booths must be packed up and ready to be moved out of the expo hall by 10:00 p.m. that night. You may depart any time after you finish tearing down your exhibit. Any expenses incurred outside the Kickoff Meeting dates (extended hotel stay, attractions, ground transportation, etc.) will be your responsibility. FROSCH Travel will not make these arrangements for you. Also, please be aware that space at the Gaylord Texan before and after the event is very limited. Early arrivals and late departures may need to book in another hotel for the days outside the Kickoff Meeting.

- On-site self parking fee: $17.00 per day plus tax
- Valet parking fee: $42.00 overnight plus tax (available Thursday-Sunday only)
Parking is available in the Gaylord Texan parking garage. Parking fees include in/out privileges for overnight guests only. Use your room key to enter and exit the garage.
